Cara graduated from Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2011 and has been working in private practice for five years. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement and Health Studies) in 2007, with the final semester of her degree on exchange in the United States at San Diego State University. 

Cara has completed her level 1 and 2 in Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment certification, and has further training in Clinical Pilates. In addition, Cara has completed her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and utilises this in exercise prescription as a tool for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She also runs sport-specific Clinical Pilates classes for Lacrosse and Sport Aerobics athletes, both being areas of particular interest to her. 

Cara is a Sport Aerobics athlete who represented Australia at the 2013 FISAF World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia. She is currently working with the Australian Women's Lacrosse team who will be traveling to London and Poland in 2017 for the World Cup.

Cara is currently working at our Norwood clinic.
