Daniel Raggatt
Physiotherapist
Daniel has been a Physiotherapist at Flex Rehabilitation clinic for almost 5 years.
Daniel completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in 2017. Additionally Daniel also has Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement & Health Science).
Daniel believes in an evidence-based approach to therapy and good communication and education to assist people in managing their pain and injuries.
Daniel has a keen interest in working with people of all ages but has a particular interest in helping our older clientele. Helping them manage all things associated with aging, whether that is helping manage general joint pain and osteoarthritis, recovering from joint replacement surgery, preventing falls or keeping our bones and bodies strong and healthy. Daniel strongly believes in an active approach to managing all theses issues and runs Flex FIT and SeniorFIT classes at Flex Norwood. Daniel is also available for home and community visits for those individuals who have barriers preventing them attending our Norwood clinic.
Daniel has a passion for sport and a keen interest in helping people manage new and persisting injuries that are keeping them out of participation in sport. Daniel’s background in exercise science allows him to have a deeper understanding into what is required for someone to participate in high-level or social sport in regards to training, testing and competition.

- Exercise management for older adults
