Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy, this applies to all clinic locations.

At Flex, we value time, and our policy aims to consider and respect the time and commitment of our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and massage therapists, as well as you, our valued clients.

As a clinic, our appointments and classes are in high demand and therefore, we request a notice period of 12 hours minimum for cancellation of an appointment or class. This allows other patients access to the available spot.

If such notice is not provided, a late cancellation/ non-attendance fee of $50 for appointments, or full rate/one block credit for classes, is payable before the next appointment. This is specified on our website, online booking portal, and our new patient intake form, which every client must complete before their first appointment with us.

We recognise that circumstances may change unexpectedly, and it may be necessary for clients to cancel an appointment at short notice. Flex will exercise discretion on a case-by-case basis and waive the late cancellation / non-attendance fee if we believe the circumstances permit.

Motor Accident Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance will not cover charges for non-attendance. Any fee that is charged under this policy is required to be paid by the patient.
