Eddy joined the Flex Care team in 2021 as our Business Development Manager upon our inception into the NDIS Allied Health space.

Before his time at Flex he had a nine-year career in a range of roles across the Mental Health & Alcohol/Other Drug sector from case management to managing a residential care facility. More recently he worked as an NDIS Support Coordinator which has provided him with priceless insights into the overarching disability sector.

He is passionate about supporting tangible outcomes for participants and ensuring vulnerable clients have the best customer experience possible. He is our go-to guy for all our daily operational needs and is always willing to support staff and clients to best understand the developing NDIS space.

In his free time, he is a fitness enthusiast enjoying running and going to the gym.
