Sophie graduated with a diploma of Remedial Massage from Endeavour College in 2022. Upon conclusion, she enrolled in a dry needling course to expand and improve her skillset. She has spent the last 18 months working in a busy remedial massage clinic on the Gold Coast.

With a blend of expertise and compassion, Sophie tailors each session to address your individual needs. She has particular interest in treating neck, shoulder and lower back pain, using a combination of deep tissue techniques, tripper point therapy, myofascial release, manual stretching, dry needling and cupping therapy.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sophie grew up as a surf lifesaver, which adds a unique layer to her practice. Her experiences as an athlete and lifesaver bring a deep understanding of the body's resilience and the holistic aspects of well-being, making her approach truly comprehensive.
