Zoe completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) degree from the University of South Australia in 2020. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Zoe is equipped with the knowledge to design a safe and individualised program to support you to reach your goals.
Growing up as a dancer and runner, Zoe was fascinated by the human body and movement developing an interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation to assist clients get back to doing what they love. Zoe is passionate about working in the areas of chronic disease management, women’s health and athletic development.
Zoe understands the positive impact regular physical activity can have both mentally and physically. She enjoys collaborating with each individual on their journey with exercise to create evidence-based programs that will enable long term behaviour change and improved health no matter what the starting point.
Zoe is currently working at our Norwood clinic.
