Class Booking Procedure

We kindly ask all clients to familiarise themselves with the procedure for booking classes at Flex:

1. Class Booking Responsibility

Classes are not booked automatically by our admin team. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their classes are booked in advance.

2. Advance Booking Period and 'Rolling Over' Bookings

Clients may book classes up to a maximum of 10 weeks in advance. 'Rolling over' is defined as booking your class weekly to stay 10 weeks ahead.

3. Class Capacity

Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure safety and adequate supervision. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please speak to admin to be waitlisted for classes.

4. Block Payments

Purchasing a block of classes does not automatically secure bookings for a preferred class time. Classes must be booked separately. Block purchase is reflected in class credits only.

5. SMS Reminders

SMS reminders will be sent two days before a booked class. If you do not receive an SMS, please contact our admin team to check if you have a booking.

6. How to Book

Clients may book their classes by:

- Speaking directly with our admin team, or

- Booking online Here

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of classes. If less than 12 hours' notice is given, or if a client does not attend without prior communication, the following cancellation fee will be charged:

- Full class rate or 1 block credit

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to our valued clients.

Please reach out to our Practice Manager if you have any questions or feedback.
