Exercise Physiologist

Aleisha completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) in 2019 with the University of South Australia and then returned to the Clare Valley where she originated from to work as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Aleisha developed a love of movement through sport growing up and enjoys giving back to her local community.

As an AEP Aleisha is passionate about improving the overall quality of life of her patients using movement and exercise. She has a passion for working with both paediatric and elderly patients and enjoys seeing a range of conditions including but not limited to NDIS/disability, neurological conditions, falls prevention and weight management. Aleisha is also a trained Pilates Instructor in both mat work and equipment, trained through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) method.

Aleisha is equipped to provide individualised exercise programs and behaviour change counselling in relation to each patient’s goals, conditions, and health status. Each program is driven by patient's specific goals and evidence-based research to ensure best outcomes.

Aleisha is currently working at our Kadina clinic.
