Alice Fry

Physiotherapist

Alice is a passionate and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in both clinical and sports settings. Now in her third year of practice, she has developed a well-rounded approach that combines hands-on treatment, movement-based rehab, and patient education.

She has worked extensively in sport, including roles with Glenelg FC Women, Adelaide United Women, Adelaide Storm Volleyball, Carlton AFL, and the Eddie Betts Foundation. Alice holds additional qualifications in Sports Level 1, Dry Needling, and Clinical Pilates, and will begin her Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy in early 2026.

Beyond sport, Alice also has experience working with NDIS clients in both rehab and gym-based environments, and recently supported Charles Brice, a quadriplegic athlete, on his handcycle journey across Australia.

Her key clinical interests include lower limb injuries, progressive rehab planning from injury to return to sport, educating clients to move with confidence, and supporting the female athlete through all stages of performance and recovery.

Alice offers a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s goals — whether you're recovering from injury, returning to sport, or simply aiming to move better.

Alice is currently working at our Norwood clinic.
