Anna Stankevicius
Physiotherapist
Anna is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2019 and is completing a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.
Anna has a particular interest in lower back pain and lower limb injuries, working closely with patients to achieve their individual goals through hands-on treatment and tailored exercise programs. With experience in various sports, including netball, football, running, and dance, she understands the importance of injury prevention and optimising performance. Anna has also completed the Progressive Ballet Technique course to further her skills in dance rehabilitation. She is a Physiotherapist for Garville Netball Club and has previously worked with the South Australian State Netball teams.
In addition, Anna enjoys supporting women through the pre and post-partum period including management of musculoskeletal concerns, and exercise during this time.
As a certified Pilates instructor and course educator with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, Anna integrates Pilates principles into her clinical practice, emphasising precision and technique. You’ll find her often in our gym space 1:1 with clients, teaching group Pilates, or supervising our Flex Fit classes.
Anna is currently working at our Norwood clinic.
