Daniel joined Flex Care in June 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Originally from Canada, he earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology at York University before starting his career as an exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach. To deepen his expertise, Daniel completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2018, refining his skills in patient care and therapeutic techniques.

After moving to Adelaide, drawn by its ocean lifestyle and vibrant community, Daniel expanded his training, specialising in manual therapy and tailored exercise programs. His holistic approach combines education, therapy, and exercise to address symptoms while empowering patients with tools to manage their conditions.

Daniel has extensive experience with the NDIS, designing and implementing individualised treatment plans to enhance physical function and quality of life for participants. He collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and support coordinators to ensure patient-centred care aligned with the NDIS framework.

Outside the clinic, Daniel stays active through running, cycling, and gym workouts, reflecting his passion for health and well-being—a commitment he shares with his patients.
