Ellie graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012 and joined Flex Care in 2017. Before joining the team, she gained diverse experience across physiotherapy fields, including acute care and rehabilitation in hospitals, private clinical practice, and geriatric community care. These varied roles eventually led her to discover her passion for the aged care sector, where she is now based.

Ellie loves engaging with residents and learning about their fascinating life stories, using these insights to tailor therapy programs to each individual. Adding extra warmth to her work, Ellie often brings her dog, Whisky, to aged care sites. Whisky has quickly become the favourite "therapist" among both residents and staff.

Outside of work, Ellie is an avid runner. She recently completed her first marathon, vowing it would be her last—only to start training for another one the following year.
