Emerson graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2013 and has since built a diverse and rewarding career across multiple sectors of allied health. With a strong clinical foundation, his ongoing professional interests lie in Gerontology, Dementia Care, and disability services, areas in which he has dedicated significant time and expertise.

Beyond clinical work, his passion for business management and health leadership has shaped his career, eventually leading him to his current role as General Manager at Flex Care. Having been part of the Flex Care team for over 10 years, Emerson has played a key role in its growth and development. He remains committed to fostering a supportive and innovative environment for both clients and colleagues, ensuring Flex Care remains at the forefront of allied health services in South Australia.

Previously, Emerson served as chair of the SA Gerontology Committee within the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), contributing to the advancement of best practices in aged care physiotherapy.

Outside of work, he maintains a strong connection to sports, particularly soccer, having played for Old Ignatians' Soccer Club (OISC) for over half his life. He remains an active supporter and Life Member of the club, with Flex Clinic proudly sponsoring the team.
