Matt is a senior physiotherapist and Residential Manager at Flex Care, where he has been an integral part of the team for 13 years, making him the longest-serving therapist in the organisation. After graduating from the University of South Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Matt has dedicated his career to rehabilitation and aged care, combining his expertise with a passion for improving the quality of life for residents.

As Residential Manager, Matt oversees clinical service provision across several aged care facilities. He works closely with facility managers and senior nursing staff, bringing extensive knowledge of AN-ACC requirements and resident assessments to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with quality frameworks.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active at the gym, playing lawn bowls and spending quality time with his family, especially his 6-month-old daughter.
