Sarah graduated from the University of South Australia in 2011 and then returned to her hometown on the Yorke Peninsula, Kadina to work with Flex. She has also worked at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre where she developed good experience in hydrotherapy.

Having completed Level 1 & 2 DMA Clinical Pilates and Level 1 Dry Needling Course, Sarah has developed a keen interest in the management of neck pain, sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and Pilates.

Sarah is currently working at our Kadina clinic.
