Scott Smith

Scott Smith graduated in 1992 and completed his Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 1999. Since setting up the state-of-the-art Flex Clinic in 2006, he has overseen the growth of the business to now include 3 practices and the NDIS, Aged Care and Community arm of the business, Flex Care.
In his nearly 30 years of clinical practice, Scott has developed special interests in the management of sports specific shoulder injuries, spinal problems, hip/groin/pelvis injuries, exercise and orthopaedic rehabilitation. His passion for sport is evident through his current and recent roles across many different teams and organisations. Currently, Scott is physiotherapist for the SASI netball and athletics program, Garville Netball Club, Tennis Australia’s National High Performance Academy and Scotch College Old Collegians Football club. He has also held recent positions with the Adelaide Thunderbirds Netball team, Australia's Fast 5 Netball Program, Adelaide Lightning Women's Basketball team, Australian Women's Lacrosse team and has an extended relationship at Sturt Football Club over nearly 20 years.
A passion for the complete rehabilitation of the individual has helped Scott develop strong professional relationships with a number of orthopaedic and neurosurgical specialists in Adelaide and he has been a regular lecturer in the post-graduate physiotherapy program at the University of South Australia.
Scott is currently working at our Norwood clinic.
