Are you recovering from low back pain or a sports injury? Rehabilitating following a surgery or after a fall? Flex physiotherapists can tailor a specific exercise programme to meet your individual needs. Utilising both our state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and fully equipped rehabilitation gym, we are able to provide both individual 1:1 workouts and various group classes suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types.

Our current classes include Flex FIT (Pilates and Clinical Exercise), Senior FIT and Child Friendly Flex FIT (for busy mums). Normal health insurance rebates generally apply for these group sessions. A 40min one on one assessment consultation is required with one of our physiotherapists prior to commencing these classes where they will create an individualised program specific to your needs.

Our Fitness Pilates sessions are something a little different to our normal clinical exercise programmes, these classes are targeted for those wanting a more fitness or prevention focus. A 20min GAP FREE assessment is required if you wish to claim private health insurance for these classes.

Flex FIT

Our clinical exercise classes combine both our Pilates and gym-based equipment to maximise your recovery and rehabilitation, or to focus on a particular problem area and prevent recurrence of injury. A one on one assessment consultation is required with one of our physiotherapists prior to commencing our Flex FIT classes.

Senior FIT

With a focus on strength, balance & control, these sessions are designed for our older clients utilising bands, Pilates and strength-based equipment. A one on one assessment consultation is required with one of our physiotherapists prior to commencing our Senior FIT classes.

Child Friendly Flex FIT

Pregnant and post-natal mums can join any of our Flex FIT classes as well as the child friendly classes, where children are welcome. Flex FIT is perfect for mums at any stage of their pre and post-partum journey. Whether it be maintaining healthy exercise routine throughout your pregnancy or returning to exercise with little ones in tow, have a personal program tailored to your goals utilising both our Pilates and gym-based equipment.

There are many benefits of exercise through both the pre and post natal period including:

• Deep abdominal and hip strength for management of back and pelvic girdle pain

• Upper body and postural strength essential for carrying little ones and feeding postures

• Pelvic floor strength and coordination

• Help manage and reduce risk of common pregnancy related conditions such as Gestational Diabetes

• Restoring strength to return to exercise safely post-partum (e.g., running, team sport, weight training)

These classes are open to anyone, but babies and toddlers are welcome at the child friendly classes. A one on one assessment consultation is required with one of our physiotherapists prior to commencing our Flex FIT classes.


Fitness Pilates

Just need a good hard work out to challenge your muscles and push your general fitness? Fitness Pilates is mix of strength and high intensity exercise featuring the Pilates Reformer. This class is designed to challenge your strength and stability with a flowing set of exercises which create that Pilates burn. A 20min GAP FREE assessment is required if you wish to claim private health insurance for these classes.
